1. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using:
• PayPal balance
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Bank transfers (if linked to your PayPal account)
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed, so we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 26 countries.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, it takes 7-14 business days for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
3. Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do I need to return the product?
In most cases, you do not need to return the product. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Can I get a refund?
We typically offer replacements or store credit. Refunds are only provided in rare cases.
